Kettlebell Training

The kettlebell swing is a fantastic exercise to strengthen your body and burn a ton of fat. It develops tremendous power in your hamstrings, glutes, and core, which will improve your other lifts like the squat and deadlift. It also blasts your metabolism because it repeats so quickly.

Functional Training

While using various muscles in the upper and lower body at the same time, functional fitness exercises also emphasize core stability. For example, a squat is a functional exercise because it trains the muscles used when you rise up and down from a chair or pick up low objects.

1-on-1 boxing

Boxing is also great for building the muscles in your upper arms. The biceps are used to stabilize the arms during hook type punches and help you to retract your arms quickly after throwing a punch. The triceps help the deltoids when throwing punches like a jab or cross.

Sports nutrition

At the most basic level, nutrition is important for athletes because it provides a source of energy required to perform. The food we eat impacts on our strength, training, performance and recovery. Most athletes need only slightly more protein than non-athletes.

Sport specific training

Sports performance training simply put is a type of training that is designed to improve your fitness level for the purpose of improving your ability to perform a given sport. Sports performance is all about explosive movements, reaction, speed, and agility.

Circuit Training

If you're looking for a full-body workout in 30 minutes or less, circuit training does the trick. You get the benefits of muscle building and toning along with an intense cardio workout. Switch up the exercises frequently to tame the exercise doldrums and keep improving your body.

Body Sculpting

Body Sculpting is a strength training workout that combines flexibility and cardiovascular conditioning using just one set of 3kg dumbbells. Body Sculpting is designed to shape and tone the body without building muscular size or bulk so that you obtain the ripped physique you want.

Pro Tennis Coaching

Do your homework when selecting a tennis coach, dedicate yourself to listening and learning everything you can from your coach, and your game will improve enormously. You will have a mentor, instructor, strategist and motivational figure to take your game to the next level.

Body Makeover

For a truly rocking body, you need to do both cardio and strength. But that doesn’t mean you have to separate the two like unruly children. Take your training up a notch by pairing strength moves with cardio drill exercises to help blast fat and build calorie-burning muscle in record time.
